Yes, if you want access to information quickly, and you can spend lots of money.
No, if you prefer to use other trackers that are free and have more torrents.

OnlineSelfEducation has indeed torrents that even elite trackers don't have, but it is expensive to keep your account alive and I, personally, wouldn't pay for such a tracker.
