Aesthetically the site is nice, but in terms of seeding you are banging your head against a brick wall unless you set up rss or jump on a torrent the minute it's released. Their sister site, yes I said sister site... TorrentDay is far easier to seed on, has the same seeding rules (not a coincidence) but far less strict and with a much larger membership and is far easier to seed. I would recommend TD over IPT any day of the week
