Question i received in PM- If I can't join HDB/PTP/BTN,BHD, what's the best option?

Filelist is your best option because it's one of the few trackers that has their content. Also if you can't find something, you can request it and it will be uploaded very quickly. You can also try IPT, TL but they don't have the same quality control.

does that mean HDB/PTP/BTN,BHD content is allowed to be uploaded on FL by FL uploaders like what happen on a few trackers.
or all of them have a common Scene/P2P Source and uploaders (Like LST,Reelflix which have a many common uploaders).
