I see in the review that the speed is not good. Besides can anyone comment on their encoder's quality?

Well i am into it now. Speed is good enough for me. Encodes are top notch IMO.

i am a member, speed is good, encodes are quite impressive too

My Rating For The Tracker:

Speed : 8/10 (always saturates my 100mbit line)
Content : 7/10 (for remuxes, it's the best around. encodes are slow these days but best quality)
Community : 5/10 (helpful community, but hardly alive)
Pretime : 9/10 (their bot uploads everything very close to pre-time)
Overall Rating : 7/10 (great trackers that could use more members)
