It´s true that you need firtly to upload something (only one torrent of Asian stuff) is enough. I think it´s not hard imo.

Take care of using VPN/proxy. Site implemented a very good blocking measure and detect it once you are logged in. Only allowed to use it if your IP is static and dedicated IP and your country cannot permit to access to site. You must prove to staff this argument.
