    Waffles.fm Sunday Staff Picks

Welcome to the fifth edition of the Waffles.fm Sunday Staff Picks.
Please remember we do not look to balance genres or purposely seek out diversity - these are simply albums by bands that we love, and hope that you find something you enjoy as well.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    April Theme: Freshness

    Woodenhead:

Cabin - A Lie Worth Believing: Why Cabin? Because their music feels "fresh" to me - in a way that it makes me feel like I'm standing out in some natural wide open space with a clean breeze blowing, while listening to any of their stuff. It was hard for me to choose only 1 track here.

    izmo:

Talk To Animals - Wolves: So fresh.

    Nomado:

Shpongle - I Am You: This song has always made me feel fresh during burdened and confused times.

    audion1nja:

Adam Johnson - Four Squares: Nothing fresher than a little beep boop to get your morning going.

    condon313:

El Ten Eleven - Marriage is the New Going Steady / Cease and Persist: El Ten Eleven are robots sent to your highschool programmed to be the coolest kids in school. And maybe your girlfriend broke up with you and you're kinda bummed out, so these cool robots, they throw this amazing house party. I won't describe the night, but it's incredible, every party montage cliche you can think about. And you are there watching the sunrise after the party and these super cool robots show up behind you, with this fresh track combination blasting out of their built-in speakers, and they hand you a drink, and you realize shit is going to be OK.

    groovyds:

Newcleus - Jam On It: The freshest beats from 1984...yea fressshhhhhhh!

    Vitz:

Phace - Cold Champagne: Everything about this track is fresh. The beats, the synth lines (dem synth lines...), hell, even the damn name. An amazing track by one of the most innovative people in the modern Drum & Bass scene.

    michelle:

Audra Mae & The Forest Rangers - Forever Young: A fresh take on an incredible song.
May your heart always be joyful. May your song always be sung. May you stay Forever Young.

    Samhain:

Sawako - Wind Shower Particle: If spring had a sound, it would be this.[/b]

Please note - these releases are all free leech until Sunday, April 28th. Some releases link to just one format, and others are more robust. Please do not petition the staff to add additional formats as free leech, after you upload them. If you do not see the "Free Leech" notice on the albums, they are NOT free leech! We hope you enjoy our choices. Happy April! <3, waffles.fm
