Change in the Rules

From today we add a variation in the Rules.

1.9 -RSS and API TOKEN

Only users who maintain the thanks ratio of 1 or higher will have the right to use the RSS and API TOKEN. Keep in mind that if you achieve this ratio you must maintain it because if it goes below 1 the system will automatically delete your RSS and API
1.9.1 - VIP users and the Archivist group are excluded from this rule.
