What.CD: Staff Changes & New Top 10 Category

There have been a few staff changes recently. We thank and wish the best to our past moderators, and hope to see great things from the new ones. We also encourage you to check out the new top 10 category for artists, which you can see on the related page (it takes a second or two to load). It's one of the pretty new features Ajax has been working on.
