I agree with you. I think it comes down to the owner's selfishness. He didn't even warn anyone. I'm sure other people could have taken over, but he felt like his "baby" shouldn't go on without him. I might be wrong, but considering his last little scheme of leaving and coming back, I'm leaning that way.
