I want to remind you that the H&R's are not tolerated here! After you download a torrent you are required to seed it for a MINIMUM 48 hours! Over 50 members are banned in the past week for just downloading and not sharing anything back! Only the VIPs have immunity from this rule!

Main Rules

1. Staff decisions are FINAL. Arguing about our decisions is hazardous to your account.
2. Keep your overall ratio at or above 1.0 at all times!
3. Upon the third warning your account will be automatically disabled.
4. Moderators and Administrators may disable you at any point if it is clear that you have no intentions of keeping a good ratio. If this happens, do not ask for your account back as it will not happen!
5. Hit and run on torrents is not allowed. If you download a torrent you must seed it for a minimum 48 hours immediately after completing the torrent.
6. Users with a ratio below .40 & who downloaded more than 20GB will be warned to correct their ratio. If they don't fix their ratio after 2 weeks they will be automatically demoted to leecher and the only way to get you account back will be via donation.
7. Use latest stable version of µTorrent, qBittorrent, Vuze, rTorrent, Trasmission, Deluge and you will have no problem with the counting on your stats.
8. The shoutbox is NOT for requests! We have a special place for requests. Do NOT search in the shoutbox multiple offenses will get you banned from the shoutbox.
9. One account per user per lifetime. No sharing accounts, unless it's a roommate or sibling (note: you will be responsible for anything they do). Holding multiple accounts can and will lead to all of them being disabled.

Thanks ! Seems like an update and much needed one to maintain community. I Hope the 'immediately after completing the torrent' part has been implemented correctly such that torrent clients pausing/Temporary network failures midway does not make the tracker think as Hit and Run.
