redacted, waffles - These two are the best alternatives. There are others like exigo, pedros but those are very hard to get into.

No tracker will open its doors while Apollo is still alive.
Most popular choices are Waffles and Redacted.

There are also some others like NotWhat and Hydra.zone but they don't have so much content as the other 2

It's getting beyond a joke with Apollo now. Thankfully I have a waffles account and I'm close to giving up completely with Apollo.

Well, I had been waiting for apollo to fix their problems, but now I'll start looking for waffles or redacted invites. If tey don't complete the server move soon, most of their userbase will go away.
