The DDoS appears to be over for now, we have also moved the Tracker to a new IP (see Blog), sorry for the inconvenience.

BTN Service Notification

TRACKER IP ADDRESS HAS CHANGED

Details:

We have changed providers for the tracker due to ongoing network issues. This means that the IP address used to connect to the tracker has changed.

**In addition shortly after changing to the new provider, we were the target of a broad DDoS which resulted in the tracker being unavailable for a period of time. This DDoS appears to be over for the time being.**

Action Required:

Most peoples systems should automatically update after a period of time. You should leave your torrent client running if possible, this will ensure that any statistics (seedtime, upload etc) will be updated when your client re-connects to the new IP address for the tracker.

You may flush/update your DNS cache to speed up this process and still retain your stats while your client was unable to communicate with the tracker. The process varies from operating system to operating system and also relies on your upstream internet-provider's updating their DNS records. Instructions on how to flush/update your DNS cache are here.

Rebooting your computer may also speed up this process, however you will lose any stats while your client was unable to communicate with the tracker.
