Hi, unfortunately it's too big a risk for me to invite someone for whom I don't have evidence they will contribute to the site, since inviting users who abuse privileges or do not maintain good ratios could risk my account or invite privileges.

That being said, TorrentLeech (a great general/0day tracker) is holding open signups right now, so I would suggest you start there!

I'd also recommend getting a seedbox, as it will take much of the stress about maintaining your ratio away. If you need a recommendation for a seedbox, pulsedmedia has some amazing deals going right now.
