I can provide proof from several other torrent sites. I do not have a seedbox but I have a NAS server that runs 24/7 with a transmission jail and I have a very good connection.

Finally, as you know, many people are "site collectors" - just to illustrate that I don't fall into that category, the only reason I am applying is that the main general purpose tracker I was using and where I was also perma-seeding >2TB of show packs for some 2 years closed last week.
