1. I have no idea what do you mean by struggling and that the mod's don't care... who did you contact and didn't care?

2. I gave you SCC invite and it have plenty of freeleech and be aware that i can see your ratio on it.

Yeah just looked at the review for it there now and it only requires .5 ratio which is decent for such a big general tracker with that amount of content. Have you opened ports yet? Whats you u/l speed.
