Requirements:
1. Add REP (the bottom left side of each post)
2. Never had account there before.
3. Apply if you will use it.
4. Only for personal use ( no traders, sellers, collectors)


I want at least 4 ratio proofs with highly buffered accounts.
I don't want to see accounts with 100-200GB upload.
