REPs : Reputation points button you'll find it at the bottom left corner of each post (under poster details) , you will see this : REP.png

Feedbacks : As it's already shown in this thread how to add them , The More you gain from sharing around , the more you're a better member!
& the feedbacks counter is shown like (here)
