I average 400-700 GB a month down and 500-600 GB a month up.

I do a out 50gb from my phone so God knows what I do on my home connection!

I'm apparently between 400-600. I fluctuate a lot, but I reseed every torrent I've ever downloaded, so my uploads fluctuate wildly depending on demand!
