I think it is a close tracker for now, Users can't send invites. But if you are interested in portuguese trackers you should apply for Portugas.

I already have Portugas, I was in SceneRush years ago, but unfortunately was stupid enough to lose that account, but it was by far my favorite Portuguese tracker and really want to be able to get another account.
