1) HDAccess has 9,600 members and 13,300 torrents.
2) HD4Free has 2,760 members and 7,000 torrents.
3) SportsCult is a relatively new sports tracker with 1,700 members and 6,400 torrents. I’d say it is a level 1 tracker with pre-time of 6, speed of 5 and content 6. Invites are currently open.
Also are we getting number of torrents from active or total torrents (including dead) cause I’ve looked at a couple of examples and found both to be in use.

Out of function means they do not respond if you try to enter and the security once, may be under attack or send malware to the users on it.

For the trackers with open signups I want to say that the best idea is to mark as open ONLY the trackers that they have always their doors open.
For example GFXNews has open signup 1 day per month. Others trackers have permanently their signup open some days of the month or a year.
I believe the best way to see all the trackers with open signups is the "Open Trackers" here: http://torrentinvites.org/f37/ and not the trackers list.
In the trackers list is good to see if the invite system is open (invite only) or closed.
