atm HDAccess & HDTorrents are OK man.
HDtorrents coz has better content and HDAccess coz has better pretimes.
If HDAccess run with that way soon will be better than HDTorrents in all stats!
HDAccess before of couple of months raised up from lvl 1-2 to lvl 5..

yes,they are faster but they are not better when it comes to encodes quality,HiDt and HDMaNiAcS are far much better than hdaccess encodes
then how can hdaccess be the same level as TTG with only 9246 members and 13098 torrents

If there is an option to change the Maintain Ratio bit to Very Hard for Waffles.fm. I think its one of the most difficult trackers to maintain a ratio :).

Hard is the limit man.
Keep in your mind to grab fast the monthly freeleech packs. Once every year for a week all the content on waffles is freeleech.
If you grab new torrents this week you have the chance to increase your ratio with an easy way ;)

I'd like to point out torrentleech.org as having a poor ability for seeding. I've purchased port-forwarding software made a few adjustments to my "ISP" and I'm still not getting any real quality results as of far...

For the overall level, i would say 2 or 3 (instead of 1) :
They got a huge team in french's warez (AUTHORiTY), the invitations are a little hard to get (A lot harder than BlueTigers for exemple).
There is also exclusive content that cannot be found anywhere else, mainly released by the Authority team (Which reprensents 5.5K torrents on the tracker since August 2014).
The beta is over, and ratio is on (wasnt the case when the review was done).

About french trackers on the list, it seems like So-Torrent is missing.
A french private tracker with 21K torrents. I can give invite to people who wants to do the review.

I agree but in the freeleech packs the options are very limited. And some of the music isnt something which everyone will like. They should make some more torrents freeleech apart from the monthly ones.

With some trackers that are hard to seed you just have to download stuff even if you don't plan to listen/watch it. Its the only way to keep your ratio ticking :)

1) UltimateWrestlingTorrents is now known as WrestlingDesiresTorrents. It has 8000 members and 3500 torrents. Registration is still open.

2) XtremeWrestlingTorrents deserves to go up to at least a 2. Pre-times, speed and content are more synonymous with level 2 or even level 3 sports trackers. It is definitely the best avenue for wrestling content nowadays and miles better than UWT/WDT or WWT which are level 1 trackers. It has in total 25,000 torrents and 130,000 members. Invites may be easy to obtain and registration is open quite a few times a year but this shouldn’t override the tracker’s quality.

PTN - have to agree with above opinions, been going downhill.
IPT - I believe this should be a 6, especially if we all agree that rarity of the invite is not a biggest factor. It has a huge community, great choice/quality and torrent lifespan is great.
Polishtracker - I could go on about it for years, this should be lowered. Support and customer service is not only bad but plain rude to allow me to stick to polite language. "Polish" content is limited and whatever is being posted is just copied content from other trackers - no original data whatsoever. Hard to get on board but it is so mediocre I actually gave up on mine - to have it on same lvl as ncore and IPT is...
AsiaTorrents - I could compare it to above opinion about PT - completely opposite: AMAZING content, great speeds and it ends up as a 2 - Yes, it is a niche section but we can't classify what should be rated higher, general trackers, music, elearning etc rather stick to speed/content/quality/community

IPT for many users is the best general tracker out there but this too raised up before 2 months.
Both is ok atm.
I agree with you that PolishTracker is a shitty tracker and dont deserve to have the same lvl with IPT.. The only reason who is at lvl 5 is that is rare. Maybe it will be lower if many users recommend it ;)

@Yokel - here is an original idea which I am sure you have considered in the past. How about we keep the score as a "general" score to rate quality/availabilty and speed of the tracker. Add a score for rarity - this will be much more robust (albeit work intensive at first)
As it is now you said it yourself, if a tracker is good and rare you up it higher in points, if tracker is shit (bad word so lets just say unpopular) you do not count the score as being unpopular makes the invite so much harder to get. We end up in a situation where scores are not genuine reflection of what the tracker really is because you have to factor in something that is not a common criteria for all of the trackers.
