I agree with you that PolishTracker is a shitty tracker and dont deserve to have the same lvl with IPT.. The only reason who is at lvl 5 is that is rare. Maybe it will be lower if many users recommend it

@Yokel - here is an original idea which I am sure you have considered in the past. How about we keep the score as a "general" score to rate quality/availabilty and speed of the tracker. Add a score for rarity - this will be much more robust (albeit work intensive at first)
As it is now you said it yourself, if a tracker is good and rare you up it higher in points, if tracker is shit (bad word so lets just say unpopular) you do not count the score as being unpopular makes the invite so much harder to get. We end up in a situation where scores are not genuine reflection of what the tracker really is because you have to factor in something that is not a common criteria for all of the trackers.
