Look man. When a tracker open recruitment threads in other trackers does not mean that is not rare.
Especially if they open threads on BTN where the last months it is almost impossible to get into.

HDSky should be 2 levels up since its better in content and peers than ccfbits and tlfbits and they are on higher levels. also the last 2 should be 1 or 2 levels down since there are many better trackers that are lower then those 2. they have poor speeds,content and users

Sorry mate, I don't agree on that. On the contrary, HDsky has a quite poor reputation among Chinese. Take a look at their local forum Tieba, you'll notice most of the HDSky members are considering abandon this tracker these days. The main reason for this is the staff team. They've caused so many problems before, like banning members for unreasonable reasons. And now, they've launched an assessment during the labor holidays. Many members just don't think this tracker worth the effort to pass the assessment. Now let's talk about the other 2 trackers you mentioned. CCF and TLF are almost dead. These 2 trackers are nothing in Chinese p2p world. Comparing HDSky with these 2 trackers doesn't make HDSky look any better. HDSky should be lvl 1, so are the other 2 trackers. TorrentCCF should go at least one level lower. There's nothing special in it. The encodes of their internal group BDMru don't have good quality due to low bitrate. Other than this group, there's really nothing worth mentioning about this tracker. They've just opened for sign up yesterday - easy to join in.

ComicBT it was replaced with 32pages at lvl 4!
DB9 raised up at lvl 9!

What.CD probably deserves a higher level. Content is absolutely amazing, and it pretty much sets the standard for music trackers. Put its level on 8, 7 is somehow too low.

What.CD is a very interesting tracker, but I think that the majority of its content can be found also at other trackers, much easier to join (and sometimes in better quality f.e, with full hq scans). To my humple opinion it is an overrated tracker
