In my opinion, these trackers lvl should be changed


SpeedApp should be lvl 4, It really can't be lvl 1
FileList should be lvl 8
Nebulance should be lvl 5 or 6
AvistaZ should be lvl 6
SuperBits should be lvl 4 or 5
PTer should be lvl 5

HDCenter, TorrentDB, HQsource, HDME, Oppaitime, TheHorrorCharnel, BaconBits, Hon3yHD, FilmPaleis, TB-Asian, VietDB, DXDHD = all dead
