This is my opinion but i think bitturk level has to be at least 3. I will talk about turkish content because not much foreign content in turkish trackers. Their releases late according to other turkish trackers but quality is good and they are ripping almost every turkish series(probably all but i am not sure). By the way there is no scene for turkish series or movies. All of them conming from p2p groups.
