HD-Only should be demoted to 3.

HD-Forever has more torrents, way more torrents a day (HD-F is at 25 torrents a day, while HD-Only is at five torrents a day...)
HD-Only is a dying tracker (no new users, less and fewer people in it), a bit like Awesome-HD. The fact it's hard to join doesn't make it great. HD-Only stats: 6500 torrents.
