i think CMCT-PT should be updated to lvl. 5 - comparing with HDChina, which is also on lvl 5, CMCT has more torrents (less dead torrents) better promotion system, more full BDs (over 1k more) and it's a very active tracker, while it has has around 7k less users than HDChina, overall better stats, maybe HDChina has more original content and better pretimes, and probably better speed too (hard to say without downlaoding all content on both trackers )
