Android - without Google Apps and separate App Stores (or install apk directly) .. fast, easy to customize and open - not like Apple or Windows
So you are comparing two mobile OS and then one desktop OS? Of course Windows is better in all possible ways... I won't elaborate, I will just say that there is NO REASON to choose Android or iOS over Windows.
Now, if only there was a phone running Windows...

Android due to lot of apps and easy usage.
Tried several android phones.
Each time I had problems with apps and tweaking.
Now I'm on iPhone and it does what I needs to do.
If I want to tweak I use my computer.
I guess most smart phones these days are pretty good but very distracting. need to spend less time on mine...
Android. Because you can get plenty of custom ROM's if you're prepared to risk 'bricking' the phone. Have 'bricked' a few phones, before getting it right. Lol.
I think Android is the best because it give you the best apps and the most freedom to do what you want with your device.
android and ios are direct competitors for the same "market share" and that is why people constantly compare them.
Have a Windows 950 and a Blu HD Android for personal use. Work has me using an iPhone.

Android, it's open source, cheaper, got lot of apps that you can use, allow me to do everything I want.

Android user since 2.2 (Froyo I think it was?) - it has come a long way! Used to use custom roms but found I wasted way to much time tweaking. Things seem to have stabilized these days and I don't feel the need to tweak & hack so much. Turned slightly to the darkside - very happy with my Samsung S6 DUOS (dual-SIM) with native OS. Not sure what will be next, but I've been casually following the OnePlus brand and it seems well regarded.
Windows is so clunky and has no apps worth mentioning.
iOS is good but the phones are too expensive for what they are.
Android is user friendly, has plenty of apps and can be found on decent/cheaper phones than Apple.
Its not all about cost for many.
Android is awesome for apps, support etc., and for those that are tech shy, iPhone is good.

I've had both android and iphone, and android is amazing for its openness and possibilities. iPhone is also good, but more simple and is somewhat limited.
So my vote goes to android, which is also what I probably will get next time ;)

i would love to use Windows mobile.
I use android because there are some good cheap products with that OS, and when i bought my last phone Windows store didn't have a lot of apps, so i preferred to buy an Android phone
