Android vs iPhone vs Windows

iphone ftw! But those androids are catching up :P

Android because work pays the bill and upgrades me once a year :) Wife has an Iphone but I still prefer my android

Now i am using Android but i'll want try Windows Phone in a near future

i have to say windows is first just for the reason i have xbox one so i use smartglass a lot

I love Android but I am eager to try iOS too.

Used Apple's ios before, but like Android much better. Personally Android (to me) is more flexible and has more customization. I have not had the chance to use the recent ios so I can't comment on that.

I am a Windows Fanboy cos windows phones suit me very much. The battery life , carl zeiss camera and the build qualities of the phone are awesome.I'm not a App-saavy person , just i like to use some apps and for some media. The camera is slight comparable to the DSLR camera

I've been a longtime Android user, but Windows Phone is slowly winning me over. Why? Because Windows 10 is what I'll be running on my computer, and having the same apps on my phone as on my computer seems really neat. The only thing holding me back is the obvious. No apps. No bank app, no TextSecure, no RedPhone, no nothing. Hopefully that will all change in a century or two...

Oh yeah, iOS? Don't like it.

Most android phones will get you better value for your money compared to Iphones. You also have more choice regarding the brand, the design and screen/battery size.

iPhones are popular because they look appealing, are simple to use and so many people buy them even if the price is always premium and keeps increasing with the years.

So many choices in smartphones, everyone can pick whatever they desire :P

Android wins hands down, great OS on any phone you like (you can even get the iphone to run Android, you can actually choose Android or iOS at boot up after jailbreaking it) -I dont like iPhones or Apple just because they are too expensive and lock out SD cards etc

I have had this discussion with so many ppl, in the end I really don't care what phone ppl have. As long as I don't have to use apple !

All the android lovers have valid points. But try to maintain an app on android for fun, with so many devices, IOS is way easier.

Android all the way. I understand those who prefer Apple products, we all know that we live in a sheep world haha.. Ask to mr Panurge. Just joking. Android, it is open source. Once you have one, you can do whatever you want with it, apple products are limited to what they want you to do, Apple is the new new testament haha... Alot of restriction and stuff, not a fan.

windows for me because its the fastest with very cheap phones but if i would throw out more money on a mobile i would chosse Android because Iphones are terrible in value for money.

I will vote for iPhone, but don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan-boy, I have tried the Galaxy S2 before (friend of mine has it so I often see it and use it) with an Android operating system... and there are some things that are way better on my iPhone:

1- User friendliness: can't explain it, it's all so well organized, no confusion, if I want to do something I do it in a matter of seconds with no lagging, no waiting, no buffering, no searching.

2- Stability: It's 3 years now ( iphone 4 and iphone 4s) and NOT ONCE my iPhone crashed. Need I say more? I'm sure I'm not the only case.

3- App store: You find everything there and what you find there WORKS 100% on your iPhone. Perfect fit on screen, perfect usability, perfect compatibility. Infinite number of apps available and quality and security is always at it's best.
You don't need to check apps, Apple does that for you. You just download and install them.

4- Materials: I had time to unmount a friends iPhone and my friends, not only the exterior which is gorilla glass, but also the interior is just an engineering masterpiece, from the antenna located around the phone, to the location of all silicon pieces. You can see it's high quality.

5- Speed: Last but not least, in terms of speed I never suffer any kind of lagging, especially swiping through pages on my homescreen on the iPhone, I don't know why but on my friends Galaxy S2 I have the impression that the swiping is taking that 1 microsecond to much to get started that really feels annoying coming from an iPhone experience. Same goes for opening folders. I seem to see a small lag if compared to my iPhone. Sorry if I can't explain better this one. It's just a "feeling".
