This is not an official first page announcement but rather an admin forum post giving an update on the server move situation.

This is an official administration post
Tracker is still down. Site is still very glitchy.

What has happened: When our host was done moving the servers (which honestly didn't take long at all) 
our devs decided it was a perfect time to do a bunch of updating - that part took quite a while. 
And it appears that the updates broke some things, which they are now working on fixing. 
It may be a little while yet before everything is back to normal.
