I do not fully understand the meaning of the profile info, you know, how the rep and green color bars works. I have tried to find this information but I wasn't able to find it. For instance, some new users get some bars quickly and many reputation points but they are no feedback. And what does the star means? I cannot understand, sorry.

Please, tell me where this explanation is.

Let me try -

1. Rep+ button (Yellow Color) is below every member thread / post
2. Green bars indicate reputation attend by member from 1-1000 (it reset once user cross 1000 rep to start over again till next 1000 rep). You can check your current reputation point under you avatar (which is 88 points right now) below it there is reputation power - whenever you add any member rep+ then now much point will be get added to that member (which is 1 point your case, mean if you add rep+ to any member having 100 reputation point then it will increase to 101 but if I add rep+ to that user than it will raise to 195 points as mine rep power is 95)
3. For now maximum reputation power is 100 for which approx 8000 reputation points are required ( Hope I reach 8000 soon ). Admins can give more than 100 Rep
4. For every 1000 rep there is star (max of 3000, mean 3 stars) as you can notice mine.

Reputation power depend on reputation points. I don't know exact calculation but it is approx 1 reputation power per 82 reputation point, therefore to get 100 reputation power you will need approx 8200 poinits

Reputation points can be earned by giveaways, fulfilling request, creating tracker review etc. If you are active & contributing much then Admin can add more 100 reputation point time to time

But I see some users with a higher number in reputation power than in reputation points! Sorry but I can't understand.
