i joined a tracker recently but my account was disabled because i was told connnecting through a mobile hotspot connection is not permitted ...so i was told to get an ip for home connection(didnt know what that meant )
so to solve this should i get a windows vps so that i can connect to the website/tracker via it and seed torrents ...
really would love someone helping me out ...

I would say avoid logging to your trackers from places other than your home, especially public places.
If you REALLY need to do this, my setup is OpenVPN for Windows. Set it up on your home PC and then set up your phone to connect through that. It will get your home IP and look like you connect from home.

i use a data sim on my mobile .... and use the hotspot to connect my laptop.. so the mod on the irc chat said my account is disabled because its against the rules of the tracker to use a proxy connection .(said something because of the ip )...so i am asking how do i solve this problem ...
i dont mind buying a windows vps to connect via it and seed torrents ,..... or any other way

So no internet at home and you use 4G connection from phone as a hotspot to get the PC to the net. Quite interesting setup are you on unlimited data plan? Does it exist such a thing?

Anyway that's out of topic. To your question now. I'm not really sure if a VPN will solve your issues as most trackers will NOT allow to sign up through a VPN/proxy.

I could suggest a seedbox, or a VPN for either the phone (not sure how a VPN behaves on a phone when it's acting as a hotspot) or the PC.

But in the end it might be better to use the money for an ADSL/VDSL landline which will solve all your problems

if you get a windows vps/rdp account the ip it will have will be from a hosting company and could still be considered as a proxy. so i don't think that is a option.

first its not possible for me to get adsl/vdsl .. i keep travelling also , i dont mind spending money for a good seedbox for uploading ....but will i be able to login to the tracker/forum via it .. i mean will it have a built in browser or an addon which would help me solve the problem....if yes please tell me which seedbox will do the job for me ....or can i use the seedbox ip as a private proxy .... (never used a seedbox)

@haider13 check with your carrier if they offer static public IP
