Hello,

I'm looking for a good alternative to HDAccess which went offline a month or so ago. Like HDAccess the tracker should be very fast for new releases and offer frequent Remuxes also of backcatalog titles and new releases of smaller films (not just the big Hollywood blockbusters).

I am already with M-Team, which I like for new releases, and BitHDTV which is a bit of a mixed bag (sometimes it's good, but then the tracker goes through periods wehre it's less active again).

Since you asked for the best I'd say take a look at HD-Torrents and AwesomeHD (reviews attached). Both have great internal encoders who offer high quality remuxes of new and old content. HD-T will provide greater quantity of content while AHD will always give you top notch quality. So it boils down to your personal preference of quantity vs quality. Or just do what I did and get both

There are others like HDME, BeyondHD, HDArea and HD4Free but difference between these and the ones above are night and day. Plus you've got M-Team which I would say is better.

And I forgot to mention that I loved (!) the Request section of HDAccess. I think that was a tremendous feature on that site. Do HD-T or AHD have that feature too?

I just saw that with HD-Torrents one can acquire an account through donation? But if I take the 25 Euros program worth 90 days, my account will be disabled after that if I don't extend?

Both have request sections. I can't comment on how active it is as I don't use it, maybe someone else will have a better idea.

No you won't lose your account, you donate for an account + VIP and when that period expires you go back to a rank depending on your ratio and upload amount.

Great, thanks! I just joined HD-T and already found numerous older genre film classics as either full BD or remux which is exactly what I was looking for. Looks really like the perfect HDAccess replacement. Thanks again for the recommendation!

Just remember that they have quarterly requirements, where you have to download I think its 15GB every quarter to avoid being disabled. You should have no worries fulfilling this requirement though.
