I can reccomend the 10gbs servers, speed 15-85 down/10-40 up on scenehd, chdbits, & scc. Only problem small hard drive and price, need comedown $10 per month and need 128gb ssd drive. For money can get good semi dedicated vps located evoswitch netherlands which has 1 terabyte of hard disk.

I tried on the 1gbit version during BitMe birthday freeleech. The speed is really great. The best upload speed was ~60MB and average ~10-20. The downside is small disk size, pre-reserved disk space for torrents and no autodl-irssi plug-in for rtorrent.

We just added autodl-irssi to all servers besides 100mbit!

I start using a box from here with 1gbps connection 50GB SSD and the speeds are amazing around 60mbps on upload,I recommend this box
