RAM has little effect on the connection speed. If you have 2GB dedicated RAM that will be more than sufficient.

The main thing the RAM influences is the management of your torrents etc. A good example is if you had a slot with 500mb RAM and you decided to delete say 50 torrents that you dont want anymore the system will slow down significantly and sometimes even crash.

Also if you are running auto download scripts etc these use a bit of RAM as well.

Normally most seedbox providers give you a reasonable amount of RAM for what you will use it for but if you feel rTorrent etc crashing very often when making changes it can be a shortage of RAM

That is great info HighDefinition, also from those stuff like the connection, disk size and stuff like that, what is the one that i should focus more that deals precisely with the upload speed, when i check seedboxs, which value should i focus on the most

There are really only 2 things that will have major impact on the upload speed they are

    "Upload Connection or Upload Bandwidth"

100mbit is the standard obviously. 1gbit (1000mbit) is obviously much better but obviously more pricey.

    "Users per Server"

This is probably the most important thing. Dont forget unless you are paying hundreds of dollars for a dedicated server you are always sharing the connection with other people.

The lower this number the better - many usually share it between 8-11 users. Also some of the less reputable providers will lie as to how many users are sharing the server.

Gamestuff.ca are a good example they usually limit there servers to 4 users or less.
