    FTP the file to your seedbox using Filezilla or similar.

    As to adding it to the tracker are you using rTorrent, Deluge or Transmission on the seedbox?

    FTP = File Transfer Protocol. Its how you move one file from your computer to the seedbox. Download Filezilla (free) and this will do it for you

    After you have moved your file to your seedbox go to ruTorrent and click Create Torrent. Navigate to the file or folder you want to upload and select it.

    Next you need to add the tracker you want to announce to (usually go into whichever tracker you are in and click "Edit Profile" somewhere there it will have your "personal announce" you need to add this to where it says trackers.

    Next make sure "Start Seeding" and "Private Torrent" are ticked and then press "Create". This will generate a .torrent file which you should save anywhere on your computer.

    Next step is to press the Upload button on whichever tracker you are using then add the .torrent file fill in the rest of the information and your done!

    If you need anymore help and you feel comfortable I can login via Team viewer and show you what to do.

    this all is for the performance of the seedbox & interface of rutorrent & transfer speed of file within HDD of server.
    but i think RAM is very important part..

    and one thing i like to say that

    SEEDBOX/SERVER <----> FTP/SFTP CLIENT <----> USER

    This is the chain with seedbox and use SFTP to download & upload securely

    The first or second plan would be fine for general torrenting. Only go with the second plan if your gonna be uploading large files (100gb plus) eg movie packs etc.

    The 3rd and 4th plans are in my opinion useless because they still restrict you to a 3TB Upload Cap therefore I couldnt justify spending the extra just to gain CPU/RAM speed.

    Also as snake said RAM is very important but even if your seeding 1000 torrents 1gb RAM burstable to 1.5gb is reasonable.

    wow that is very interesting, i did not know the importance of RAM,

    so with the connection of 100Mbps what would the difference of a 2GB compared to a 12GB RAM do
    like if the connection is only 100Mbps and this is a dedicated IP, what does the difference of RAM bring to the table
