    Do you program/code or want to learn?

    I myself am a student within the computer science department at my school, so I spend a lot of time programming (especially recently )
    Just wondering if other guys around TI are programmers/coders as well.

    If yes, what languages are you currently learning, know already, or still want to learn?

    If no, are you not interested or have you just not had the opportunity?

    Cool

    Hats off to Geronimo for this stupendous thread . For sure this serves as an window of opportunity for members to share their technical expertise. Currently in the process of better refining my coding experience on ESQL ( native language of IBM WebSphere Message Broker ) offline to achieve optimal productivity in terms of performance perspective ( for example, analyzing certain programmatic statements that target excessive CPU usage)

    @Harish75
    Thanks, man!
    Never had any experience with ESQL myself (though I think one of my classes may be dealing with SQL later in the semester ). That sounds super interesting though Is that the kind of thing you do for work? Or do you just have some very technical hobbies

    Nice! I see C++ is fairly common so far. @pinkfloyd @amrooosh I don't know much about assembly but I'm using C++ in one of my classes. Its really interesting so I would definitely encourage you (pinkfloyd) to try to pick up learning it again If you do I would recommend checking out the book "Teach Youself C++ in an hour a day" by Siddhartha Rao. I know it's on Bibliotik but haven't checked any other trackers. Also check this link out: http://thenewboston.org/list.php?cat=16 this guy does great and easily understandable C++ tutorial videos

    @KernKraft
    Looks like you've got quite a start
    I'd like to learn JS and Java as well...at least eventually haha.

    Yeah, if you know cpp switching to java would be easy and js is piece of cake!
