    convert subtitles to other fps

    Hello everyone!

I'm looking for an easy to use software to allow me to convert subtitle files (text format .srt) from say 25 fps to 23.976.
Can you recommend something ? thank you !

Yes, if timestamps don't match between video and sub file, you get the subtitles showing up out of sync - hardly noticeable at first, but more and more of a delay as you go through the movie. This can be fixed sometimes from the player (eg VLC) but the solid fix is to redo the timestamps in the sub file with a software.

@VitaminD3 and how do you get the exact times and make them all match?

Maybe that's impossible to do in the way I've requested, who knows... but I sorted out my problem with a few manual adjustments of the sub timestamps with: SubtitleEdit-4.0.2-Setup.zip

@VitaminD3 I always adjust them from the player. Seems way easier
