Avast and Vipre are pretty good

I think the best antivirus is Bitdefender. It detects viruses very fast, infact a lot of them.

I have to agree with iWrecktor, Bitdefender is where it's at for me. Kaspersky is a super close 2nd

i just use windows defender. pretty hard to do something dumb enough that would result in a virus anyways

Other (...explain your self) I've been using Linux for ages now, virus prone (not 100% free). Downloading from reputable private trackers is the only safe way to go these days. No AV means more system resources for computing and seeding!
