First of all when you get the banned IP message try another browser. If you still get the same drop a PM to TheTrader and he will investigate

The problem was solved when I changed the DNS address.
Unfortunately, there are restrictions in my country
Instead of google DNS, I have set up Norton DNS and solved the problem
