It is not a matter of hard or not.
It is a matter of imposing such rules, and that we are forced to follow strict rules.
We are "under global assignment" like we are under police surveillance or close observation ....
The worse is that these requirements must not be only for first month
I saw users complaining at the forums and say "ok, I had enough of being under global assignment for one year and more. I am out of here" !!!
For God shake guys, we want to have a good time on trackers, not to feel like lifetime students with exams every month
