SceneFZ is a private romanian tracker for General release.It is a ratio based tracker now and they have HNR rule,you need to seed either with 1:1 or 72hrs.the site came up with new design and looks few months ago.they also implement bonus system where you can buy GB,Invite,title.After Ncore it was first ratioless tracker before when they came with good speed and Content.Only VIP are allowed to send invite,few days ago they changed their rule,Elite and above can send invites now.there is language option on homepage,you can change it whatever you like .
