First & foremost thank you to the almost 100,000 users that have passed through since our humble beginning 9 years ago. We very much appreciate the love and support that has been shown to us. We do what can for the users because without each and everyone of you, there is no community and there is no TC.

So things have been stagnant eh? We are well aware there has not been any major upgrades/features implemented in the past 4+ yrs and for that we are truly sorry. We could talk for hours about how our personal life has had more demands with work, school, the family and so forth but we don't want to bore you. It's life and it happens to the best of us. Since January 2017 several users have expressed their concerns starting with the expiration of the domain (extremely embarrassing for us), downtime during our server migration, & even the recent issue with our SSL certificate expiring. We're working on making some changes & for starters the domain will never ever expire again, promise.

We are almost a decade in and we will continue do our best to evolve with the times and give you another decade or two but for that we are going to need your help. Efforts are underway to make many proactive changes as well as renew activity in TehConnection; expect progress from here on out. It's not going to happen overnight, it's going to be a hell of a long path but you will be pleasantly surprised for what we have in store for you.

HIRING VOLUNTEERS

We are a site based on volunteer work at the end of the day & we rely on members to contribute to the site whether it be uploading, moderating to make sure all the uploads meet our high standards, helping the community with any site related issues they may have, managing uploaders, design/development, site relations, recruitment and more.

We are looking to fill the following positions:

- Uploaders

- DoTs

- Encoders

- Forum Moderators

- Moderators

- Developer / Designer
Preferred Qualifications
Writing server-side code for web-based applications
C++, PHP, AJAX, Python or JavaScript, database design and SQL.
Develop UI with AJAX and similar technologies.
An understanding/experience with CSS and HTML5 development
Knowledge of Unix/Linux.
Experience with the BitTorrent protocol

GOALS

We have goals, it's an old goal but it was forgotten, we still want to be the largest private high quality movie tracker in the world. By the end of 2017 WE ARE going to be at 25,000+ users (double our current user-base), we are going to have over 100,000+ torrents, and we WILL have over half million peers.

We would like to start acquiring the following in the upcoming months to provide you with world class privacy, security and an immense selection of global content at the fastest speeds.

- 2 x Offshore Dedicated Servers for hosting our front and back-end.
- 5+ GBPS DDOS Protected Proxy for the front-end.
- 1-2 x Uploading / Seeding Dedicated Server w/ Minimum of 50 TB of storage, 10 GBPS up-link and possible automation.
- 1 x Encoding Server
- Zero Knowledge Offshore Cloud Hosting


ADDITIONAL INFO

There are currently over 10,000 invites outstanding for non-donor members, use it or lose it. It will be purged in the following weeks so if you know someone who would love to join our community - don't hesitate, we won't hold it against you if they are new to torrents and have a bit of a learning curve, we are here to help and to share content.


DONATIONS

We accept donations only to cover the costs associated with running the site and tracker. The costs come from renting servers and the bandwidth they consume every month. TehConnection has been online for 9 years because of the contributions from our members. Without donations, we simply wouldn't be here.

If you are financially able, please consider making a donation to help us pay the bills! We have not publicly asked for a single donation in over 5+ years, because we try and keep our operating costs to the bare minimum in-case donations do not cover.

I dont understand,if any member dont want to use the invites means that loose the invites that has?

Just a new Philosophy , they mentioned that 10K invites are with non-donor members !
seems like they are planning to make invites more harder or just by donating ( in near future )
