Today's going to be the last day I smoke. After work and a good night's sleep I'm going to wake up a non-smoker. Wish me luck. I'll post again with my progress in about a week.

Today I just came back After 72 hours of continous Work at Hospital here in my country there no thing called working hours for doctors wanna sleep another 72 hours

interesting you talk about not smoking as i have quite 9 weeks ago today after a 12 year habit.....is very hard but i was using patches and a nicorette inhaler and these helped me alot obviously willpower plays a big part...and was seeing someone once a week to record my progression which helps as you have to do the breathe test so they see if you have had a smoke or not so that give you a added incentive

The softbest is always against your favor and I prefer to slowly, but steady increase my bonus. It's useless in my opinion...

I don't play online poker anymore, but used to play it for a living. Nice life, but way too stressful.
