Yeah the ban the entire invite tree there, it's like FTN, what.cd.
This is most likely the reason your accounts were ban or your buying invites from hacked accounts.

The only way to change a static ip is if your ISP provider changes it, some providers may say your ip is dynamic but it will never change, this is just to cover their own ass if it changes for some reason

Update, went on irc, was asked if I had had an account, said no, next thing i know they had my previous account details. Well and truly busted.

Oh well its a good tracker. Will not be joining them again, not worth it. Advise is be careful who you get your invites from initally.

maybe they have banned ur ISP, in that case even if you change IP it will still not do anything
