its very possible to change you ip address if its static but i think if you are wireless it proves to be more tricky but if connected by the Ethernet lead its very possible to change the ip address....http://www.howtogeek.com/112660/how-...ng-powershell/ may be of some help.

To change a static ip you need to ask your isp.

Its not about how smart you are, there is always room for mistakes.

I have a dynamic Ip, does this help.
Just phoned my IP provider up. He says it's dynamic and will change again in 4 days

make sure to change the port number in utorrent (or whichever client you use) too. Also uninstall and reinstall with an updated version if possible.

Ok, Utorrent want me to update.

make sure you don't signup PTP again with the same IP. Also use different user-names for TI and PTP. Clear the cookies and browser history as well. Make sure that you are using different browsers i.e., CSS Hack

Re-install utorrent and change the port no. as well.

Never use same browser for PTP and TI . And never use proxy for PTP or any other tracker site. Though it will change your IP but they will instantly ban you !!!

Also use different email address for PTP than you did previously. Make sure that email address you are using for TorrentInvites is also different
As long as you keep all of these things i mind , you can enjoy PTP or any other high level tracker

think people are stating the same things over and over again so just take the advise you have been giving here and use it.....
