During the 60s/70s/80s and under all the dictatorships that were happening in Africa, there were some pretty "productions" that dealt with the issues, made fun of daily life etc etc, especially in countries like Senegal, ivory coast, guinea ..
I presume most of these trackers (if they exist) will be french, along with some english.

i just looked at karagarga and they have few thousand movies in african cinema section. getting in kg is very hard though.
