Yes, it's one of the versions uploaded by "Toho Eizo Films", the longer one with japanese audio. The problem is that the quality of the video there is too poor, as you can see here:

I can easily find the US version with dubbed english dialogue, in very good quality. But I got no luck with the original japanese version (the one with japanese audio). I can't even find a decent dvd rip.
