Myanonamouse is IMO the best accessible tracker. Bibliotik is great on any types of books, but very difficult to get in. BitMe is also an icon on that category, but as hard as bib to join.
Have you tried bitspyder? I’m not a member but I’ve heard very good of them. Not that hard to get into also.
