Here is a screen from FileList history, there are two questions, what does it mean with "completed" as shown and what does snatchlist mean?

Snatchlist means the torrents you have downloaded/grabbed from that tracker.
And, not 100% sure, maybe the completed means that you have downloaded the torrent and seeded the minimum time it required and after that you if stopped seeding for that torrent it will show as a completed torrent.

And for FileLists, you can see the required seedtime or ratio to avoid HNR from the chart.

Not filelist only, I can mention some others which give the same report
I have seeded the required seedtime but some have completed and others have seeding as shown above

The concept of the snatchlist is the same, meaning list of the torrents you have downloaded from that site. And, I think, if you stop seeding it will show completed, and if you are still seeding that means it is in seed and will show seeding status.

I just wonder this word "seeding" while the torrent meet the seedtime requirement
